This package is suited for clients who are looking for a more hands-on approach with cosmetically updating their home.
This package is for clients who are completing projects with NO CONSTRUCTION,
only cosmetic updates such as furnishings, fixtures and paint. With this package, two concepts are provided, consisting of a mock-up of the space, paint selections,
and sourcing links for all items within the design.
BEFORE YOU’RE A CLIENT
ONE
DISCOVERY CALL
In this complimentary 15 minute phone call, we’ll discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. We’ll share more about our process to determine if we’re a good fit and answer any questions you have about working together.
TWO
CONSULTATION
During this two-hour in home consultation, we’ll walk through your space, take notes, and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project. The consultation fee will be applied to your project if we decide to move forward with a full-service design package.
THREE
PROPOSAL
After the consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal to outline the scope of work, suggested project budget, and estimated timeline. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and invoice to officially confirm your spot on our design calendar.
